Small Group Training

We offer a range of group training sessions to supplement your gym workouts. Metafit™

Metafit™ is a 30 minute high intensity workout that boosts metabolism, maintains lean muscle and develops a strong healthy heart.
It combines functional bodyweight movements and true HIIT (High intensity interval training) principles to get you fit fast and burn some serious calories! It’s adapted to suit all fitness levels.


Boxfit

Boxfit is a fun and interactive 60 minute workout combining cardio and strength training to increase fitness, endurance and stamina!
Sessions include a mix of punching and kicking combinations as well as strength and conditioning work. Boxfit accommodates for all ages and fitness levels. You can participate for fun, fitness or both!
