I have had a long-standing passion for health & fitness, in particular strength based training. I enjoy the mental and physical benefits of strength training and am thrilled to be able to provide a friendly environment for others to enjoy too. I love the positive atmosphere and that someone is always up for a chat and a laugh.

Paula McMahon - Owner / Personal Trainer
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for the past 8 years but have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I love strength training and I know the importance of finding time to exercise for both physical and mental wellbeing but admittedly being a busy mum, I often find this a challenge.. This is where 30 minute HIIT sessions come in very handy! I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for fitness and am so happy to be able to provide a positive and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels to enjoy. Vibe’s friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to be and I have our wonderful team and members to thank for that.

I have been a personal trainer for 3 years, My extra qualifications are Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Fit Ball training, Nutrition for Weight Loss and plyometrics training. I like working at Vibe Fitness because the facilities are always spotless, the equipment is all brand new and it is a friendly family run business that has welcomed me on board with open arms to be apart of the little vibe family.

Rob - Personal Trainer
I have a great passion for strength training, in particular muscle gain so originally decided to become a personal trainer for my own knowledge. While I was studying I gained so much knowledge that I felt I wanted to share that with others to help them achieve their goals just as I have. I have certificate 3 & 4 in fitness, master trainer, I also received the energiser reward in my class which means “to motivate my clients best”, punch fit certified (boxing), advanced ball certified, trigger point certified (advanced Myofascial release) and trx certified as well. I have been lifting weights for about 10 years now but only seriously for about 2 and am happy to say that I have achieved a lot in this time. From the first time I walked into Vibe I absolutely loved how clean and neat it was. Plus I loved how friendly the members were!

Coming from a family background of fitness fanatics, it was bound to be in my blood. I have a real drive and passion to see clients reach their goals and be the best they can be. My approach is “if it doesn’t challenge you, it will never change you!” I specialise in HIIT, Punchfit, postural improvement, group training and overall fitness. I love working at Vibe because quiet frankly the name says it all. You walk in and everyone is not just having their own workout but chatting to eachother, swapping tips on training and other general chit chat. Vibe has become not just a work place for me but has become my second home and am very grateful to be able to come to work every day and meet all the awesome gym members and have a good old chat.
